Back to Bass finds Sting performing songs spanning his dynamic and enduring solo career, from his 1985 debut The Dream Of The Blue Turtles to his latest release, Live in Berlin, plus a selection of The Police's greatest hits. Highlights include the Grammy winners "Brand New Day" and "If I Ever Lose My Faith In You" plus fan-favorites "Englishman In New York," "Desert Rose" and "Roxanne." Two concerts in New York City have just been added to Sting's Back to Bass tour at the Roseland Ballroom on November 8 and 9. With the announcement of these two performances, the itinerary for Sting's Back to Bass tour 2011 is now complete. The fan club presale will begin at 10AM (local time) tomorrow, Friday, October 7. Legacy Fan Club members will be given a one hour advance window at the start of the presale, after which the pre-sale will open up to all members beginning at 11AM (local time). We have reserved a number of tickets exclusively for Sting.com members located within all sections of the Roseland Ballroom, including the Side Floor area. Each member may purchase up to two tickets to each performance. Tickets will go on sale to the public on Friday, October 14 at 10AM (local time). Please note, all tickets are General Admission...

In the next few months, Sting will celebrate his 25th anniversary as a solo artist (and his 60th birthday) with a new box set and theater tour. The biggest party, though, will be the October 1st benefit he's throwing for the Robin Hood Foundation in New York, where he'll be joined by Bruce Springsteen, Lady Gaga, Billy Joel and many more. For Sting, the show is both a celebration and chance to give back. As previously announced, Sting’s Back To Bass tour will appear at the DAR Constitution Hall in Washington, DC this fall. The first performance on October 29th was an immediate sell-out, with a second and final show put on sale this morning. Due to a scheduling conflict, this second show – previously scheduled for October 30th, will now take place on Thursday, November 10th. Persons who purchased tickets to the October 30th performance should retain their tickets as they will be honoured at the newly scheduled concert on Thursday, November 10th. Persons requiring a refund may do so at point of purchase. There is no change to the October 29th performance...
